$21 FOR 21 DAYS OF GRATITUDE
That's right, we’re going back to the basics with a 21 day challenge.
Because sometimes we need a reminder to look for the good in the world instead of the bad. Sometimes we need a reminder to seek the positives in situations that are less ideal.
Most importantly, we deserve to be happy.
Not every day is good, but there is good in every day. Not every day is dripping with happiness but there is happy in every. single. day.
For 21 days, for 10 minutes a day, we're seeking gratitude.
Each morning you’ll be emailed a prompt, and then for 10 minutes you’ll practice gratitude based on the prompt. You can do this to start your day, or to end your day - whatever works best for you!
The act of practicing gratitude sparks thankfulness and positive vibes that is proven to calm.
If you keep thinking about yellow cars, all of a sudden you start to see yellow cars every where! The same goes for gratitude! This will help open your eyes to all the GOOD in the world in front of you. Yes, even during the interesting world of 2020.
